Before attending a court trial, it is critical that you are prepared with all the available information. There is nothing worse that being suprised by the opposing side in a legal case - especially in front of a judge or jury. And it's just as bad to lack the necessary information and evidence that would help present your case favorably. Investigators with ACE Investigations have several years experience in law enforcement. This includes interviewing suspects, victims, and witnesses - obtaining the necessary information to convince the district attorney to charge a suspect with a crime. Careful detail is required to ensure the required components of a statute or law are covered. Many times this information is done through interviews. Now, as private investigators, we have experience conducting interviews for the defense as well. With the skills and experince obtained from working in law enforcement, this has provided an advatage to criminal defense cases. Having the law enforcement training on how to conduct interviews and the knowledge of what a police officer or detective will be seeking as evidence, gives us a perspective that not all private investigators have. |
